I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with spacious rooms that were a real upgrade compared to what our friends had. The only downside was the lack of light by the mirror/desk, making it a bit dark. The service was exceptional, especially from the bar staff, although there was a slight wait at reception during check-out. The location was perfect, right in the center of all the activities, shops, and restaurants, making it ideal for exploring Telford and the surrounding areas.
