I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with spacious rooms that were a real upgrade compared to what our friends had. The only downside was the lack of light by the mirror/desk, making it a bit dark. The service was exceptional, especially from the bar staff, although there was a slight wait at reception during check-out. The location was perfect, right in the center of all the activities, shops, and restaurants, making it ideal for exploring Telford and the surrounding areas. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety available, and the facilities were top-notch.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms had a fabulous garden view, and we were lucky to have a suite that was beautiful and even had the added bonus of blowing warm air. The service was top-notch, especially with the staff being amazing with our kids. The location was superb for exploring Telford, with so many exciting attractions within walking distance. The dining experience was good, offering a satisfying English breakfast, but there were some organizational issues. Overall, a great value for the money.
